Introduce qualified opportunities and let 3HUE lead sales and delivery under the Referral Partner Agreement.
Who the Referral Partner is for
Partners who introduce qualified opportunities to 3HUE.
The Referral Partner Agreement is designed for organizations that can introduce prospective customers to 3HUE professional services and managed programs.
- Referrals must be new to 3HUE.
- Introductions are made in writing or by phone.
- Qualified referrals must enter a paid services contract within three months.

During sale
- 3HUE owns the selling process.
- 3HUE controls quoting, discounting, and contracting.
Post-sale
- 3HUE owns customer relationship for solution delivery.
- Partner receives reports on compensation.
Commissions & Payouts
Referral payouts and guardrails.
Commission rate
Payouts for referrals are 5% of deal value.
Timing
Payouts occur net 30 after payments are received from the customer.
Duration & cap
Payouts are for 1 year only (projects within a year of acquisition) and are capped at $50K ($1M total contract value). Larger payouts are subject to ICB approval.
No-payment scenario
No commissions are payable if the customer fails to pay 3HUE.
Monthly reporting
Reports are issued within 10 business days after month end and include closed deals, values, payment terms, and commission calculations.

How to get started.
Application process
- Fill out the online application form on the 3HUE website.
- Get a Partner ID and access to the Partner Portal immediately.
- Register a deal (if applicable).
Onboarding & training
- Partners can undergo onboarding to understand program details and benefits.
- Training sessions are available to promote and leverage 3HUE services.
Ongoing support
- Dedicated partner support team available for assistance.
- Regular updates and resources to help partners succeed.
Agreement Terms
Term, termination, and confidentiality requirements.
- Agreement term is one year with automatic renewal unless 30 days' notice is provided.
- Termination for cause requires 30 days' written notice and a cure period.
- Final report is delivered within 30 days after termination; commissions continue for qualified referrals closed prior to termination.
- Confidentiality obligations survive termination for five years.
