AI & Security Risk Posture Snapshot · 10 business days · fixed fee
Know where you stand.
A focused, founder-led diagnostic for leadership teams moving from AI experimentation to governed execution. In ten business days you leave with use-case priorities, the governance and security gaps that stand in the way, named owners, and a 90-day action plan leadership can act on immediately.
Screens in the film are illustrative client views.
What is the Snapshot?
Ten days. One clear view of exposure.
The Snapshot is a fixed-scope diagnostic that reads your AI program and security posture together: which AI initiatives are worth pursuing, what governance and controls they need, and what has to change before rollout accelerates. It is written output you keep, with no obligation to continue.
CEOs, boards and investors deciding on AI investment and risk tolerance.
Teams evaluating platforms, vendors and delivery sequencing for AI adoption.
Leaders who need to frame AI governance and controls before pilots become promises.

Questions
What leadership asks first.
Is the Snapshot fee credited against a later engagement?
No, on purpose. The Snapshot is a fixed fee for one business unit and one AI program, with larger scopes quoted on the call and the figure on the Pricing page. A diagnostic that is credited back is a sales call with a report attached; the output is yours either way.
Who needs to participate, and for how long?
Technology, security, legal and product or operations leadership each take part in the phases shown above, typically one structured session each plus the readout. Founder-led delivery means the same person runs every session and writes the output.
We have already started AI pilots. Is it too late?
No. The Snapshot is most useful when something is already running: it reads what is actually in place, not the plan, and the 90-day action plan sequences what to govern before the next pilot becomes a commitment.
How does this differ from the AI Governance & Readiness program?
The Snapshot decides what matters and where the gaps are, in ten days. AI Governance & Readiness builds the policy, controls and operating model to close them, over 60 to 90 days. Most clients do the Snapshot first.
